That’s why it’s so important to approach them with love, effort, self-awareness, communication, and intention

  • Trust, Support, and Mutual Respect (8:00) — Listening to each other with intention and without judgment, learning each other’s love language, showing up for each other, and hyping eachother up 

  • Healthy Communication (15:40)— Nipping things in the bud, communicating kindly, and apologizing when you’re wrong 

  • Self-awareness  (20:20)— assuming best intentions of each other, setting and respecting each other’s boundaries, and reciprocating effort
